Meet Ms. Maria

Ms. Maria is an educator at Puzzles holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Hunter College, earned in 2023. She holds a strong interest in pursuing a career in occupational therapy.Ms. Maria has tutored school-aged children in core subjects, like mathematics, helping to strengthen their academic skills and confidence. Throughout high school, she served as the president of the student council and senior council, organizing fundraisers to support causes such as autism awareness and diabetes research, including bake sales and other community initiatives. She is a bilingual English-Greek speaker and enjoys fashion, shopping, and doing self-care activities in her free time. 

Fun Fact: She was selected from her basketball team to play at Barclay’s Center for a competition hosted by the Greek Orthodox Youth of America!
